I was inspired by Saxe's pieces that are in the collection "Ampersands." I thought that his idea was very simplistic, yet he was able to make it intricate at the same time by adding interesting details. The forms of some of his pieces inspired me to create tangled teapot.

  • Combines traditional type pieces with more modern approach 

  • "humorous" twist, Chinese influence
